Tansley Wheelchair Access

The Tansley Wheelchair Accessible Picnic Table provides accessible outdoor furniture that includes custom-built space for wheelchair and pushchair users.

Designed with an extended table top, the Tansley makes alfresco dining easy ensuring that picnics are inclusive. Thoughtfully designed, the tabletop overlaps at one end so that a wheelchair or pushchair can be part tucked under the table, making it comfortable to sit at.

  • Personalise one of the slats on your furniture with a plaque or engraving. You can choose the material, colours, typeface and even add a line drawing or photo. Looking for inspiration?     Do you want just text on your plaque? Alternatively you can have a line-drawn image plaque, or a photo-etched plaque. Based on the options you choose, we will pick a suitable plaque size for you. You're welcome to contact us if you would like to specify the size yourself.

If you're looking for something quite specific e.g. "I want the Golfer (Left) image on the left of the text, and the Oak Leaf (Right) image on the right of the text" - just do your best to describe what you want (be sure to include the correct image names!) and we'll do our best to get exactly what you want. Use this image converter tool to get your image ready) - photos are engraved into the aluminium by laser and appear as a half-tone image, and don't worry, we'll send you an image showing what it will look like before we produce your photo plaque.

    What would you like your plaque to say? You have up to 300 characters and can use numbers or punctuation, but do not add emoji's or symbols as these cannot be added to your plaque.

Delivery is to outside your property

Our courier can only deliver to outside your house or premises - this might be kerb side, your drive or a car park.

Furniture Drop-off only

The courier isn’t able to enter your property or garden, so can’t place your furniture for you.

Our furniture is heavy!

Our products are well made, but very heavy. You might want to arrange some help to move them on delivery day.

The recycled plastic is not only hard wearing but due to its materials is also very heavy, making the picnic table incredibly sturdy and so unlikely to tip over. To add further stability, anchor kits can be purchased for permanent siting on either hard or soft ground.
Due to the nature of the material, the picnic bench requires no maintenance and will not dry out or become water logged like timber. This makes it ideal for all kinds of venues including parks, picnic areas, caravan sites and pub gardens.
The Tansley also comes with the option to add engravings or metal plaques so that table numbers, names or personalised messages can be included.
