Useful Information about these products
Can the recycled plastic be worked like traditional material?
In most circumstances, our recycled plastic profiles can be worked like traditional building materials such as wood and can be cut, drilled, nailed, screwed.
What colours are the products available in?
Our products are available in a range of colours, simply select the colour from the drop down box option on the product page and an image will show what you have selected. The frames of our benches and picnic tables are always supplied in either black or brown (you can choose which), which is made to a very strong mix of recycled plastics. This ensures our product is always fit for purpose.
Are the products easy to assemble?
Most products come fully assembled. Some larger items are supplied in sections ready for final assembly. These are supplied with all the fixings and basic tools. Where final assembly is required we tell you on the product page and the assembly instructions are available to view and download before you purchase.
Can the recycled plastic be painted?
No, recycled plastic is supplied in a finished form that is long lasting and does not require paint, stain or varnish.
How long will the products last?
Our recycled plastic is made to the highest standards and, unlike wood, will not rot. The material itself will last a lifetime.
Are the products weather proof?
All the products are impervious to water and resistant to algae. They do not require any surface treatment and do not rot, making them maintenance free apart from the occasional clean with a damp cloth.

How is my order delivered?
All of our furniture is delivered on pallets. Our contracted haulier is responsible for taking the goods off their vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. The goods are delivered to the front of your property ie a driveway or car park. The driver will not site the goods for you or remove any packaging. The delivery vehicle will need public road access for a lorry slightly larger than a standard dustbin lorry.
Can you deliver to destinations other than UK Mainland?
Yes. Call or email us from the contact page to discuss your requirements. Orders placed on our website are for delivery to UK mainland (excludes Isle of Skye) only
Do you keep items in stock?
No. All of our products are handmade to order. Our lead time does vary depending on the time of year. Each product shows a date for the lead time on orders. This information is updated regularly.
Can I choose my own colour combinations?
Yes. We have a model that we call 'You Choose', this allows you to create your own colour combinations.
Can I personalise a bench in memory of someone?
Yes. We offer either traditional plaques that we attach to the bench, or we can engrave a message and illustration into the recycled plastic. These are easily added to your bench on the online shop.
Do you offer securing kits for furniture being sited in a public place?
Yes. We offer two anchor kits, one for soft ground and one for hard ground. These can be easily added to your basket from the online shop. You only need one kit per item of furniture you are ordering.
Does the plastic used come from outside of the UK?
No. All of the recycled plastic we use in making our furniture and garden products is sourced from the UK. This plastic would have been destined for UK landfill had we not found a really great use for it.
