Delivery is to outside your property
Our courier can only deliver to outside your house or premises - this might be kerb side, your drive or a car park.
Furniture Drop-off only
The courier isn’t able to enter your property or garden, so can’t place your furniture for you.
Our furniture is heavy!
Our products are well made, but very heavy. You might want to arrange some help to move them on delivery day.

From me ordering the bench and then ringing to ask for earlier delivery and changes to the wording, you have all been so lovely and kind and the bench is perfect, it also arrived on my sons birthday as promised, which made a hard day a little easier!
I tried to use the QR codes on the leaflet to give a review but neither of them worked. But I have already recommended you to others.

A memorial bench for a valued member of our community. Very good communication from customer services in agreeing the inscription for the bench. Production time was quite long but was ready a little before the projected time. Because we were made aware from the outset this was not a problem. The bench was great quality and seems very sturdy and likely to last many years without needing annual maintenance, which was what we wanted. The family of the person remembered was delighted with the bench. Pricing was good also compared to other companies.

Just to confirm we received our Dale Memorial benches on the 24th June as per the schedule and that the delivery driver was very helpful on the day. Our members are very satisfied with the new benches. We now have 10 Benches in Total!
The club had an official unveiling when we first purchased the benches. We tied ribbon on them and all of the families that donated benches in memory came along to the club and cut the ribbons. It gives the families some place familiar to come to and think of their loved ones.

We ordered six dale benches to replace old ones at various sites around our village and the whole process was great from start to finish. The sales ladies were all wonderful and the delivery guys were polite and very helpful in siting the benches exactly where we wanted them to go. The memorial bench in memory of my late Wife Susan, who passed away in March last year, arrived safely at St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School, Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, just after 4pm today. The School has a team of Eco Warriors, led by one of the teachers, and that is one of the reasons why I decided to buy a memorial bench made from recycled plastic. The bench is going to be placed in a newly formed ‘Faith Garden,’ which will be a quiet place where I and the staff will be able to conduct small assemblies and collective worship when the weather becomes nicer. Already, the Headteacher has ordered various trees and flowers for the garden, and tulips in pink and purple, which were my late Wife’s favourite colours. The children all knew Susan, and I as Voluntary School Chaplain and Governor, and Susan as an Associate Governor to the School.
I am literally ‘bowled over’ by the bench from TDP. The service that I received from ordering online, to the friendly service received when I rang TDP. The bench has far surpassed my expectations. It is such a quality product. It looks lovely and shiny with a matt sheen. It does look like varnished wood! I can’t wait until the Faith Garden is fully up and running, and we are conducting lessons and services there. The upper school remember Susan as a visitor to school, but all the children know of her passing, as they used her as an example to us going to Heaven when we die, since Susan died during Easter time, when we recall that Jesus died that we might be with him in Heaven. So, all the children know that’s where Susan is now.
A quality, well made and beautiful Memorial Bench such as the Dale Bench that I purchased is going to be a most fitting tribute to my Susan in the Memorial garden. The delivery was great too, as the driver twice rang me to let me know that he was on his way, and delivered the bench to where I wanted it to be.
When the memorial garden is up and running, I will send you some photos of what the bench looks like. It’s going to be lovely. You have made my day!

Bench looks really good guys, thanks very much. It is in memory of one of the guys who sadly passed away on test a few years ago. He owned a bright Orange ford focus ST so it seemed appropriate.
When someone said “can’t we get an orange one” I knew exactly who could supply it.

We had a little memorial gathering of our family on Sunday and I laid some flowers on the bench. On Monday I had to pass through Brill village so I stopped for a brief sit on the bench. Someone else had laid a posy of flowers there too. No idea who it was from.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the bench and all the organisation around delivery. You were all so patient and helpful at every stage. The delivery person was great and so helpful too.
We couldn’t be more happy with the bench and the plaque – it looks perfect as the replacement for the bench which had been there for 37 years. Let’s hope it might outlast that one – it seems very resilient and less likely to be washed out to sea (that happened, 5 years ago, to the last one but it was found 60 miles up the coast and returned).

It was much admired by many people at her memorial service on 20th November.
