Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

As National Apprenticeship Week begins, we’re proud to celebrate Leah and Luke, two valued members of our team who began their journeys as apprentices. Luke joined TDP in 2013, completing a year of his apprenticeship, and is now a qualified Dispatch Manager. Leah joined us at just 18 years old and is currently our Marketing Apprentice. Both have brought enthusiasm, hard work, creativity, and fresh perspectives to our business.

Over the years, Leah and Luke have become integral to our team, making meaningful contributions to TDP.

A Year of Growth and Achievement

Leah and Luke’s apprenticeship journey is a true reflection of the value of hands-on learning. They have embraced a wide range of responsibilities while gaining valuable real-world experience.

Making an Impact at TDP

Their dedication and hard work have demonstrated how apprenticeships empower young professionals to excel while bringing value to their workplaces. With Leah set to complete her apprenticeship in March 2025 and Luke having now finished his, we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for Leah and remain committed to supporting her growth. Leah and Luke’s  journey is a testament to the incredible potential of apprenticeships in shaping careers and fostering development

Exploring Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships don’t just benefit apprentices, they’re a fantastic opportunity for businesses to nurture fresh talent. The government’s National Apprenticeship Week 2025 Toolkit is an excellent resource for anyone interested in starting an apprenticeship journey, whether as an employer or an apprentice.
