Contact forms

When using a contact form on our website to contact us, the details you submit through it (for example, your name, email address etc) are logged and stored within our content management system. This process is necessary for our system to send us your details and message via email. We keep this data in our content management system for up to 12 months for customer service purposes. This data is used only to allow us to reply to your message and not used for marketing purposes unless you have checked any included “join our mailing list” checkbox.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
