Our product prices are shown inclusive of VAT and include free delivery to most UK mainland post codes. For customers who can claim back VAT we also display prices net of VAT and after ordering, you will receive an email with your VAT invoice.
Purchasing an item of furniture manufactured and finished by hand is something we feel is worth waiting for, an estimated build and delivery date will be shown on your product order and we’ll reach out to you to confirm this once payment has been made. Once your product starts its production cycle we will call to arrange a convenient delivery day with you.
We keep high stock levels of all the products shown in the Landscape & Building category. With these products, orders to most UK postcodes will be with you within 3 working days. (Just to let you know, we can’t currently offer weekend delivery)
How we deliver your furniture
All of our products are handcrafted to order, you can see our current delivery dates under the product price on each product page. Our Free Delivery option normally means you’ll get your furniture between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday with a ‘kerbside’ drop off. We can also offer a premium delivery upgrade if you want to specify a delivery slot (either AM, PM or hourly slot) at additional cost. Our products are delivered a bit differently from the usual boxed packages, so please take note of the following…
TDP Furniture is delivered on a pallet
Our courier can only deliver to the kerb outside your house or premesis
The courier isn’t allowed to enter your house or garden so can’t place your furniture for you
Our products are well made, but very heavy. You might want to arrange some help to move them on delivery day
Lastly, our courier won’t be able to take away the pallet or any left over packaging, so please re-use, recycle or dispose of it safely
Our carriers deliver from Monday to Friday and to the front of a property only (i.e. your driveway or car park) which is nearest to the public road. There has to be access to the delivery address by a large lorry.
There is normally only one driver and they will offload the pallet using a tail lift vehicle then a pump truck to get it on your property. In order to use a pump truck, your access has to be on firm ground and relatively flat. Drivers are not permitted to site the item for you, or leave round the back or side of your property. Please note that any failed delivery (i.e. if you are not available to take delivery of the furniture when the carrier gets to your address, or no safe place is available to leave the item) will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
We do apologise for this however this is a pass through cost from our carriers to make another delivery attempt. There may be occasions, when long items are ordered, that the delivery driver will deem this as unsafe to use a pallet truck to unload. In these rare cases, the items will need to be taken off the delivery vehicle by hand. Please be aware that our products are heavy.

Trade account? No problem
If you’re a business, school, public body or other type of organisation, you do have the option of paying by invoice when ordering your furniture on our website. Once your order is placed, our sales team will reach out to arrange payment. You can of course also pay online via debit or credit card.

A few more details…
Post code exceptions
Delivery to most UK mainland addresses is free, unfortunately there are some postcodes that our delivery company charges more for. If your delivery is to a UK mainland postcode prefixed with AB, DD, DG, EH, E, EC, IV, KA1-26, KA29+, KT, LL, N, NW, PH1-40 & PH49-50, PO30-41, SE, SW, TR, W, WC or TD when adding an item to the basket and then proceeding to checkout, a delivery cost will show. We apologise for this, but we are restricted by what carriers charge. TDP do regularly review our carrier companies to ensure we are getting the best deals for our customers. This premium postcode delivery cost has been kept to a minimum so customers residing in these areas are not disadvantaged with large delivery costs.
Offshore Destinations
If your order is to be delivered to the following postcodes BT, GY, HS, IM, IV40+, JS, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20+, PH41-44, ZE, or an offshore destination, then delivery will require a personalised quote. As standard we are unable to ship to any offshore destination. If you would like to purchase any of our recycled plastic outdoor products to be delivered to any non UK mainland destination (including the Isle of Skye, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetlands plus others), please contact us to discuss your requirements. We do have options to deliver offshore, but these would have to be quoted on request. At present we cannot deliver to Southern Ireland.
Arrives fully assembled
For your convenience our furniture arrives fully assembled on a pallet, apart from our eight seater picnic tables and the Tea for Two. The products that do require some assembly on site have the ‘screwdriver’ icon shown on the product page. You can click the icon on the product page to see how much assembly is involved.
Buying Plastic Lumber from us
We also sell recycled plastic profiles – these products come in many sizes, black or brown and you can choose any quantity you need. However, due to the logistics of packaging these products, they are not covered by our free delivery policy and a delivery charge will be calculated on your quote.
